We narrowed our options down to a short list of three.  During a series of face-to-face interviews Nikki Lagouros quickly emerged as the front-runner and also the best choice for our family. Here are a few highlights from our experience. Nikki is an extremely adept listener. She was completely respectful of our personal priorities in the selling process. From start to finish Nikki did not pressure or disregard us. Throughout the process Nikki's response time was exceptional. Initially, she was the only realtor that personally answered the phone. (All others went to voicemail.) From that time on, Nikki responded within 2 hours of a reach from one of us. When she was going to be unable to respond in that timeframe she told us beforehand. Nikki put together a shared document with detailed timelines and expectations for all parties involved in our sale, including us. Then she managed all parties.  We did not have to inquire once about expectations or timeframes.  Nor did her team ever fail to deliver by the timeline set.
