Meet Nikki
Nikki Lagouros sells more homes than any other agent in her market, and she has the record to prove it. Every year since 2020, RealTrends has recognized Nikki as the number one agent by units sold in both Northern Virginia and Reston, Virginia. That is not a slogan or a self-applied title. It is independent, verified recognition, earned year after year.
Nikki has worked in Northern Virginia real estate since 2016, and she has lived in the area since 2006. She knows these neighborhoods the way someone does after years of walking them, selling in them, and raising a family in them. She studies local market data every day, which is how she prices homes to the market sellers are actually in, not the one from last quarter.
Two parts of her background give her an edge most agents do not have. Nikki holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Consumer Psychology, which sharpens how she reads a negotiation, manages tension, understands clients, and keeps a deal together when it matters most. She also spent years around residential construction, so she knows what inspectors flag, what genuinely needs fixing before a home lists, and what a repair request is really worth. For her clients, that translates directly into money saved and problems avoided.
As the spouse of a retired U.S. Marine Corps test pilot, Nikki understands relocation from the inside. She is a relocation specialist and works with service members, federal workers, and their families to coordinate moves around tight timelines and long distances.
She lives in Reston with her husband Brad and is mom to Dorian and Layne.
