Nikki Lagouros has been a dedicated sales professional since 2010. Over the past three years, she has earned the distinction of being Real Trends’ #1 selling solo agent in Northern Virginia. For the last five years, she has held the title of the #1 selling agent in Reston, VA. Nikki holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from LSU and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from UNCW. Her academic background, combined with her daily market analysis, equips her with deep insights into average sold times, list prices, and days on market.
Nikki’s previous experience in residential construction enhances her ability to provide valuable insights during home inspections, ensuring her clients understand every detail. Having lived in Northern Virginia since 2006 with her family – husband Brad, a USMC test pilot, and their children, Dorian and Layne – Nikki possesses direct insights and personal experience in the local market.
